CUSTOMER FREQUENCY REWARDS PROGRAM RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Initial $5.00 reward is available only after customer logs onto Shortys.com and enrolls in the Piggy Bank program.

Points are accumulated at 1 point per $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity.

Points are credited to your account when presenting your Piggy Bank card to your server at one of Shorty's participating locations.

Only the person paying the bill can receive the points.

Not presenting your membership card at the time of purchase may delay point accumulation. Members must have original receipt to receive credit for prior purchases in which card were not present. Members may have up to 6 months to request credit for transactions.

Members can check their account status by logging on to Shortys.com and choose the Piggy Bank icon.

Members cannot get credit for purchases prior to enrollment.

Restaurants cannot add points to a members account for previous purchases after enrollment when card was not present. Original receipt must be mailed to Shorty's corporate office. Accounts will be audited monthly and inactivated if fraud is suspected.

Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash

Points are not transferable, and may not be combined with other member accounts. Points will reset to zero one year after enrollment. Any rewards qualified for during that period will remain available to the member.

Shorty's reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel offers which may adversely affect point accumulation. Any rewards qualified for prior to any change will be available to the member. Continued participation in the program constitutes consent to any changes. One card issued per person. Spouses of members must have their own cards to accumulate points.

Members must be 18 years of age or older

Accumulated points are not member property and may be revoked cancelled, or modified at any time.

Shorty's reserves the right to audit any member account at any time

Shorty's birthday meal may be redeemed on the card member's birthday or up to 6 days after their birthday. In the event that it is not redeemed during that period the birthday meal will be unavailable to the member. Member must show valid state issued ID in order to redeem birthday meal. Membership must be active for 30 days for eligibility to the birthday program. Birthday meal definition consists of any entrée on the menu. (Up to a $20 Value)

Shorty's cannot replace reward certificates if lost or stolen and may not be held liable for such.

Awards may vary from location and some locations may not participate.
